Zvizzer Australia grew from a passion for high-end paint correction and ceramic coatings—and a constant search for a better finish.

Our founder, Mat, has spent more than two decades working with brands including Rupes, Menzerna and Koch-Chemie, alongside ceramic coatings from Gtechniq, Gyeon and Modesta. That experience shaped an appreciation for what makes a great detailing product: consistent performance, predictable working behaviour and exceptional results on the paint.

How it started

After using compounds from around the world, Mat noticed how much the choice of compounds, pads and techniques could influence the finish. The refined approach of specialist detailing offered something he wanted to bring to more paint and panel workshops.

German-made compounds stood out in his experience, particularly the way they worked through the cutting and refinement stages. That search eventually led him to Zvizzer.

He began importing small quantities of Zvizzer compounds and pads for his own work. Impressed by their water-based formulations, abrasive quality and glass-like finish, he made them his go-to polishing system.

In 2020, we scaled up, bringing the products to more Australian detailers and panel shops.

One of Mat’s favourites is HC4000. In his experience, changing the pad allows it to tackle a wide range of correction tasks, from stronger cutting through to lighter correction and refinement. That versatility is a big part of why it remains a staple in his own work, alongside MC3000.
