Shipping policy

We have always had Australia Post Regular & Express services available here at Zvizzer Australia.
While Australia Post provides a fantastic service, our goal is to incorporate different services that offer a balance between shipping speed and cost effectiveness.

Shipping:

We will always aim to ship the same day (business day) if orders are placed before 11am (AEST), however there may be rare instances that this may be shipped the next business day.

Packages under 5kg sent by Express Post service should be received in mainland Australia within 48hrs.

Bulky or large packages/orders may have additional shipping costs applied, this will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Resends:

Resends are usually an easy process. However, it is important to note the following

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address, an additional postage fee will be issued to have have the order resent.
  • If an order is returned to us because it was not collected after an attempted delivery, an additional postage fee will be issued to have the parcel resent.
  • If an order is returned to us damaged because of transit mishandling, we will cover the cost to have the order resent.
  • If an order is returned because of a shipping issue that was out of both of our control, we will cover the cost to resend the order.
